My past is a horror story. Today, I'm running a profitable multi-million fast-growing Holding Company with over 20 products. Jensen Huang said he was cleaning toilets before nvidia, here is what I did before startups: 1. Cut trees in the winter forest almost freezing to death several times 2. Clmbed tallest trees to collect pine cones, collected over 1000 kg, had friends falling off and breaking bones. Idk how I survived this. 3. Collected veggies at the trash bunker behind the large farm. They would throw away slightly damaged veggies, and I'd search for mistakenly wasted items and then sell them. Collected over 10,000 veggies in one summer. The key issue with this job was that the trash bunker was full of worms and due to the rotting process it smelled like sh*t. I'd puke several times during the days in the first weeks until I got used to this smell. 4. Worked as a security guard at the night store. 5. Moved fish from a truck to a container inside of a fridge, moving from +30 to -10 Celcius on each carry. I've frozen my back so badly several times that I couldn't move for a week. 6. Worked as a used phone dealer, got beaten up once by a mafia gang really bad 7. Worked on a construction site, carrying beton and bricks all day long breathing the dust. 8. Worked as a mover, carrying heavy stuff between the apartments 9. Cycled to Sweden to buy cheap cigarettes and alcohol and sell them in Norway. 55km a day after classes on a cheap bike. 10. Many other "dirty" jobs since the age of 7. 20 years ago I learned programming with the goal of not doing physical work ever again. My first "smart" work was to reinstall OS and apps on phones back in 2003 when I bought my first computer. A few years later I launched my first serious business "Rush studio", which was a marketplace for student assignments. To solve the chicken and the egg problem I was doing all assignments that students would post there. In a year I completed over 1000 assignments for courses, diplomas, and even Ph.D. assignments (the software part of the assignment). I slept 4 hours max during that year. My eyes were totally red at all times. In the second year, I stopped doing the work myself, I hired the brightest students of the uni and they did it. I took a 50% cut. I made more money on it every week than a professor would make in a year. A year later my major competitor bought my entire business. I sold it because I wasn't proud of the whole thing. We were helping cheaters to cheat. When I sold this, I went on to do actually cool stuff, that brings value and innovation to the world. It took me 15 years of trial and error to get to my current state, I'm leading over 20 projects, most of which are profitable, and my goal is to build an empire of SaaS tools, and I'm moving towards the goal. The reason I posted this story is that I wanna help the beginner understand that it's not easy to get what you want because there are so many ambitious and hard-working people out there working days and nights. YouTube & X influencers romanticize the simplicity of getting rich. But in reality, it's super hard and you need to go through lots of sh*t to have a chance to win. And still, the win isn't guaranteed. This should not discourage you, but it should prepare you for a very long and difficult journey.

Finally, I have time to write my blog! My 2022 wrapped-up is pretty much simple, focused, tedious, and pretty much involved with my personal and private life.
